A Unique Approach
We play.
We always have a blast with our piano toys and dozens of creative teaching tools that we use in lessons to help teach concepts in a fun, easy-to-grasp way.
We learn.
Students are empowered and encouraged to learn how to learn, and practice how to practice. I believe learning to play the piano can be a great way for students to learn independence, confidence, and responsibility, all while having fun!
We grow.
Our lessons are tailored to exactly where each student is at. There are no one-size-fits-all lessons in our studio!
We create.
Creativity is the heartbeat of music and is the heartbeat of learning to play music in our studio! From the very start, students learn to improvise and beginning composing their own music. I teach students to play songs by ear very early on (often with a kazoo!) so they begin to feel confident in their innate musicality.
We achieve.
I believe goal-oriented learning is one of the best motivators and I often run fun challenges for my students, and have led piano challenges for studios worldwide with hundreds of students participating. We love setting goals and having fun accomplishing them!

Hi, I'm Stacey!
I'm the founder, owner, and piano teacher at Inspired Piano Studio. I'm passionate about encouraging creativity in each of my students through high quality music education. I'm a classically trained pianist and experienced piano teacher and bring my own love of music to each lesson to inspire a love of music in each of my students.
Two Lesson Locations
We offer our high quality piano lessons in our Stouffville studio and around the world online so you can choose what best fits your needs. Our lessons are fun, creative, and inspiring regardless of location!
Virtual Lessons
Virtual lessons are great for students who prefer lessons in the convenience of their home, and they allow for flexibility if students are travelling, there is inclement weather, or a family member is sick - or if you live across the country!
All that is needed for setup is a tablet or laptop and there's no need to worry about added screen time, since students spend most of their lesson looking at their music books and keyboard!
Stouffville Studio
We are back to making music in our Stouffville studio and are rocking the masked-musician look! Other than self-monitoring for symptoms and using hand sanitizer, things are back to normal around here. Our studio mascot, Eli, is very happy to have his friends back.
Musical Community
Learning to play an instrument doesn't need to be isolating! We are passionate about building community within our studio and with other studios around the world. Not even a pandemic can get in the way of our fun musical community!
